HOW TO USE
Melt away makeup and buildup in 1 step
Begin with dry hands and a dry face. Apply 1 pump into the palm of your hand. Massage into skin in circular motions. Wet your hands and continue to massage in circular motion to turn the oil into a milk. Rinse with warm water.
